At MayaCuddles, every keepsake is handcrafted with great care and love, using your Personal items and cherished materials. Because our products are custom-made and deeply personal, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll be more than happy to talk it through and find a way to make it right, whether it’s a repair or adjustment. Thank you for trusting us with your memories.
