5️⃣ Send Your ClothesPack and post your little one's outgrown clothes to us – we’ll take care of the rest with love 💛

How Many Clothes Do I Need?
Small Blanket – 90 x 90 cm Requires 30–34 clothing items
Medium Blanket – 100 x 100 cm Requires 45–49 clothing items
Large Blanket – 145 x 145 cmRequires 75–80 clothing items

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, We only ship within Australia | Australia-wide: Free shipping.
Do I have to pay to send the clothing to you?
Yes, Customers are responsible for the postage fees when sending their baby clothes. If you're local, you're more than welcome to drop them off in person!

Do you return unused clothing?
No, Maya Cuddles don't return any unused clothing and leftover fabric.

What is the Turnaround Time:
Each blanket is lovingly handmade and takes time to create. Please allow 8–10 weeks from the day we receive your baby clothes.

Can you create keepsakes using adult clothing?
Yes, absolutely! we can create special keepsakes using adult clothing, such as shirts, dresses, or other meaningful garments. Whether it’s to remember a loved one or preserve a special memory, each piece will be handled with love and care.

What if I need to change my order after booking?
If you need to update your order, please get in touch with me as soon as you can. I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes, but once I’ve started working on your blanket, adjustments may not be possible.

What happens if I change my mind after sending the clothes?
I understand things can change. If you decide not to go ahead, I can return your clothing to you. However, if I’ve already started the design process, a cancellation fee may apply.

Do you wash the clothing before creating the keepsake?
No – I don’t wash any clothing once it arrives. I recommend sending freshly laundered garments. Many families love that their keepsake holds the natural scent and feel of the original clothing.

How should I package the clothes for postage?
Please make sure the items are clean and completely dry. Pack them in a sealed waterproof bag (like a ziplock), then place that inside your mailing parcel. This helps protect your precious items during shipping.

What is your refund policy?
Because each keepsake is handmade and custom to your child’s clothing, I’m unable to offer refunds once work has begun. If anything isn't quite right, I’ll do everything I can to fix it and make sure you're happy.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! A MayaCuddles gift certificate is a beautiful and meaningful present for baby showers, birthdays, or memory gifts.
